Most apartments are situated in the very center of Amsterdam, near museums, theatres, great shops and everything that could possibly be of interest. We offer quiet, spacious apartments luxurious and standard with lounge area, dining area, kitchen, TV and CD player. Electricity, heating and water are included in the price. Most apartments can fit up to 4 people and are situated in either the west or east or city centre. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Check-Out before Midday and Check-In after 2pm. Prices Exclude VAT 6.0%.CANCELLATION POLICIES: 15 days prior - 0%. 14 to 8 days prior - 15%. 7 to 4 days prior - 35%. 3 to 2 days prior - 85%. 1 to No Show - 100%.PAYMENT POLICY: At Reservation - 20%.
