The apartment has canal views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The other bedroom is at the back of the building. Right outside your door and all around the area you have many places to eat, drink and plenty of coffeeshops to have a smoke. The apartment has two bedrooms with five single beds in total, which can be made into two doubles and one single and comes equipped with amenities to provide the comforts of home. These include TV with DVD, a full kitchen for self-catering, private toilet and a separate shower room . KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned. This beautiful fully furnished apartment is located in the heart of the nightlife of Amsterdam. this apartment provides easy access to all the notable locations and is set in a neighborhood with trendy boutiques and friendly cafes. Our apartments are right in the centre of the city, so you can easily walk to all attractions Amsterdam has to offer. Terms and Conditions 1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden. 2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation. 3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc. 4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent. 5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time. 6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in. 7. The guests will receive the apartment in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition 8. Age Restrictions - 18 to 45 years only. 9. KEY Deposit - A Euro 100 per key deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned.
